Delivery Information:

We are pleased to offer FREE* delivery on most orders across the UK mainland. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

(The cut-off time is 2 pm for deliveries. I.e., If you order AFTER 2 pm, your 2-3 day delivery starts the following day.

*Free delivery does not apply to certain flooring and garden products. The delivery charges for these items will be displayed on the checkout page, based on your delivery area.

Please note that there is an additional delivery charge for postcodes in Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, including any offshore UK territory or remote areas. Our customer services team will be in touch to discuss the delivery options and the applicable charges.

We use a variety of delivery carriers, such as FedEx, Parcel Force, Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD, to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Collection
When collecting directly from our warehouse at Old Park Trading Estate, Wednesbury, WS10 9LR, we can offer a better rate as we save on packaging and labour costs, allowing us to pass these savings on to our customers. For a collection rate quote, please contact us directly
